Horrible Customer support for fixing issues... Very frustrating experience. Cheated smartly. I want to give -5 Rating. I have requested to upgrade my setup box, but They're only rescheduling the visits. They don't care about customers. Take your set top box and antenna return and refund me my money. Very poor service better switch to some other professional/ standard brand.

Lately, every now and then programme goes blackout inspite of sunshine. Channels are not showing which movie is on, some time movie is running but the infm is about other movie. Have to improve upon programming the channels properly. It seems you have not read the feedback, read the feedback properly and do the necessary changes in your programming. Day is bright but still your set box goes blank. All the dth servers are of same family. Improve your programming structure. It's pathetic.

Worst app, not at all helpful. Managing packs are so difficult it is not allowing us to modify channels and packs even after following the steps. We paid extra amount even though we did not subscribe to the channels and while trying to modify packs it will not even allow us to. Planning to shift to airtel as this app and overall experience with Tata is very bad, my assumption is that they want to grab more money without any consideration of the needs of their customer..
