The app does not work for schools that are in rural areas. Most of the schools that my grandchildren are involved with are rural schools. It is a headache for me as a grandparent to use!!!

What about people who don't have smart phones or use The internet alot that ain't tech savy like alot of us are? Take away the stupid fee just to use the app then you won't have a complaint from me. I don't make alot of money . Now if I made good money then I might not would worry about it. I hear stories of schools here in Alabama turning older folks away from games cuzz they didnt didn't have a way 2 pay. Best to pay in exact amount in cash. If the school got that fee money then I'd be ok it.
