I have used this app for a very long time. Several weeks ago something or someone changed it. It now is the biggest thorn in my day. Information that I had about my account or could easily see, is gone. The branch has been no help on this. They just push the issue off and tell me to go to the website for the info that used to be on the app. If that is the case, then why in the he$$ do you have the app? Will always use SBFCU, I just dislike your new app.

This app is not reloading/updateing to my phone. I do not understand why i have to constantly update. I can not buy a new phone every few months just to make another update. I do alot of keeping up with my accounts plus pay bills. I was keeping track and bill pay till the app wont work now

Can be a headache, somtimes. 🙁.. Update; when i first got this app over 2 years ago, i gave it a 5 star. It slowly loses stars. Within the last 6 months, it grows more of a huge headache. Just updated again a couple weeks ago. Now, it wont load at all. Please FIX!...update: PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!! It will not load at all!!!!!!
