Ratings and reviews

When seeking to search for articles using the explore page more often than not there are NO/NIL/ZERO results when I know there are articles that have been published that day. Why does the search function fail so often? I rely upon SBS news for informative Global articles of interest but I find that the search function on the app often fails.

Painfully slow to open after a news notification, seems to hover an add o the screen for 30-60 seconds every time. Wasting so much time daily with this delay, app uninstaller. ABC Australia app is perfection in comparison. Note to SBS: The public will tolerate derailing only so much. You are aiming for an audience of people that don't hold patience as you expect. Time delay will force the audience, like me.away.

Sub optimal after updating app. The issue i now have is that since the update, all my notifications on my phone now appear in Chinese script. I only read English. I have notified them with no response. I have a Samsung Note 10.
