My experience with service of D2h is very poor. You can't manage your pack through their online platform. Their technical support team is a way to earn money every time of you raise a concern. Pathetic customer support service with very poor complaints handling system . The seniors are always busy to not to respond. For every issue visit charges purposefully asked. Your pack gets changed without customer information. Very very bad services. They are just gd at sending notification for recharges.

The D2H stream box is absolutely terrible... do not buy it at all. If you expect Netflix, it's not even available and can't even be found on the Play Store in the box. First, improve the software of your box. I bought the box myself and now my advice is to buy a streaming device from a platform that provides all popular OTT apps. Their customer care team is also confused. And they don't answered your mail Your device is play protect certified than why many apps are not working?

Worst experience using this app. It doesn't even let me modify my pack easily. I had to use rotate screen mode for being able to use this app properly. Still some things aren't visible due to wrong aspect ratio of this app. I'm frustrated 😤
