I've bought tickets on See three times now, a process which requires you to make and have an account, yet whenever I try to log into the app with the email I always use to buy tickets it tells me there's no account linked to that email. I have no problem signing into my account online, it's only the app that pretends I don't have an account. Maybe the rest of the app is better, but I can't get past the second prompt, so I wouldn't know.

Old version of the app actually worked!! Got a new phone & finally had to login to get my tickets for an upcoming show. Won't accept my email to login even though I immediately logged in with the same, & only, email on the desktop version. So nuts & inconvenient!! Thankfully the tickets were also sent to my email, but if they hadn't been, I would be screwed out of tickets & money!!!

as a visually impaired petson, this app is infuriating s all the text is minute and cannot be zoomed in on. i cannot even tell if the two tickets i bought are one qr code or two and how do 2 people go through a turnstile on one phone. previous see tickets expetience not requiring the app has been great. shame about disability discrimination.
