too many popups. it is meant to be a study app and the popups are distracting and annoying. also if you go off the app for a little without actually closing it you lose your progress which is extremely bad app design. maybe instead of adding an unfinished chatbot that costs like 30 pounds to use they should fix what they have already built.

This app absolutely sucks it barley saves your work and the 'memes' are not funny at all.This app makes me want to throw my laptop out of the window 'it's alright willow we all make mistakes' u are a mistake.

Had some technical issues, emailed Seneca expecting a long wait, and Olivia replied first thing the next morning half solving my issue and asking for further details to investigate more. Great response, very helpful.
