Ratings and reviews

Sephora is great in person, but the app has issues that customer service will not rectify. This can be from something as minor as ordering a product that is actually out of stock (just an inconvenience), to something more substantial like how gift card information is not saved and value is lost (I lost $90 of gift voucher money) with no warning or remedy. Furthermore, don't let being a Gold member disillusion you into thinking you'll get appropriate service - I say this from experience.

Unstable App to use during the sale period (do not purchase during weekends as no live chat available to assist). Online banking payment most likely fails/ crashes due to technical issues from the app. Better to use a credit card.

I’ve been climbing the Rewards system in your app, and not once have I been able to redeem a single product. Every time, it says everything is fully redeemed—whether it’s my birthday or I’ve just reached a new tier with the promise of a gift for my next purchase. And when I finally manage to find something that isn’t fully redeemed and rush to place my order, you don’t even bother to deliver the reward! Seriously, great job, Sephora 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻I’m done. I’m not spending another cent on your app
