From day one I cant access the VOD system I do have two divice on both of them dose not work, the listing time and the programs are wrong. On Mondays cant access the shant us station. Programs keep getting frozen.i do have other online programs like Netflix, prime, .....they work perfect so it's not my internet. If you are charging people for your TV at least make sure it's working perfectly.

Something happened with the app since last week... the video stops just after a few seconds, the casting with Chromecast is not working anymore while it was before, the previous programs are not available.. in short, the app is completely dead ((

I had a technical issue (smth they didn't bother to mention when subscribing), I informed them about the problem in less than 24 hours and they told me to wait for a refund and I've been waiting for whole 3 months. I was expecting a bad customer service with no form of refund but the mentality that these people have is fascinating. They don't even bother to find a stupid reason to lie to their customers that they are trying to fix it or anything. nope, they simply don't care!!
