About this app

The application allows for non-registered users:
- Check your debt
- Submit meter readings
- Pay for housing and communal services and other services according to the receipt.

For authorized users in the application is additionally available:
- Pay for services and transfer the readings of the IPU without receipts
- Independently add new metering devices and save readings on them
- Take a photo of metering devices in the application for easy entry of readings
- View the history of payments and transferred readings
- The indications saved in the application can be sent by available methods to arbitrary contacts
- Print a copy of the payment receipt
- Receive reminders about the need to transfer meter readings
- Receive reminders about the need to pay for used housing and communal services and other services on receipts.

Users registered on the website of the ERCC of Tomsk (http://vc.tom.ru) or on the housing and communal services portal of Tomsk (http://tomsk-gkh.ru) can use their registration data for authorization in this application.

You no longer need to enter receipt details manually, use the barcode scanner.

All of the above applies to receipts printed in the UMP "ERCC of Tomsk", as well as receipts for the services of LLC "Tomskvodokanal" and the Regional operator for the treatment of solid waste, according to receipts of the Renional Fund for Capital Repairs of MKD of the Tomsk Region, LLC "Dom-Service TDSK" and LLC "UK" Housing ".
