Have had the app for all of 3 days now. Haven't been able to redeem anything, which is frustrating because the service ends in December and I have over 5 thousand points. Hopefully they get the bugs sorted out soon (Edit: changed from one to three stars) Not sure if there was a "trick" to it as some others have said or if they fixed the bug, but was able to put my point order in. Seems like this would have been a great service with a less buggy interface

It asked me to review it, so I guess I will. The user interface is atrocious. It requires you to be logged in, but then 90% of the sweepstakes things require you to type your email address anyway as if they have no idea who you are, and then they don't keep track of whether you've already entered something. It uses a web UI, but then opens other browser windows anyway. The fact that I can get free stuff is cool I guess.

Not user-friendly. Cluttered. No friendly chat. Not enough useful stuff. Clunky. Difficult to navigate. Never mind that Sony rewards itself has been cheap over the years. Never anything worth getting. Point requirements too high. Rude customer service. They don't care about their customers. Not helpful.
