I do not like the new version, constant signin for updates, navigation not as easy, quick view replaced with detail. 8/21/2022. Very convenient. Easy to navigate. A plus that I can message Bank Staff and receive timely responses! 4 stars due to needing to go into menu to 'logoff' app as clicking on the 'x' completely logs off bank. Makes more sense if these two were switched.

Constant login problems. Biometrics are currently broken, and force you to use a password. If you enter your password wrong more than twice they lock your account. Can't chose a password that was previously used forcing you to forget the password or have to write it down. The old app had a much better user experience and never had any problems. UI feels really clunky and navigation is annoying.

Evan: We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We are aware of this issue and are actively working on a solution. Some T-Mobile users have resolved this by turning off 5G and turning on 4G. We will share your experiences with our team. Thank you for being a SPIRE member!

If you rely on mobile deposit this app is not for you. I do not live near a branch so it WAS extremely convenient until they upgraded! 3/4 of the time the check is not recognizable. The tech behind the camera section does not read the checks well. If you plan on depositing a check by mobile know it will take a good 5 to 10 minutes as you try to get the photo right of each side of the check. To top it off, you do not need to sign into the app to see your account balance.

Jessica: We're sorry to hear you're having issues with mobile deposit capture. Please make sure the check is laying flat on a flat surface. Also, have bright lighting. You can switch from Auto recognize to Manual photo if your camera isn't picking up the check. To secure your balance, turn off Snapshot in Settings. Please contact us with questions.
