112 Accessible is an app that makes emergency services more accessible to those who cannot communicate with the 112 Emergency Center through a voice call.
For the hearing impaired:
Thanks to the maximization of visual language and the use of sign language, people with hearing disabilities will be able to select their emergency from a total of 25 different options, grouped into 3 main categories: Firefighters, Police and Medical Emergencies. In addition, thanks to the GPS of the mobile device, the application will be able to send the exact position of the user to the 112 Emergency Center along with a set of personal data that can be very useful for the emergency services. Personal data can be configured in advance, so contacting emergency services is a matter of seconds.
For tourists:
For those tourists who visit us and who do not know how to speak a language supported by the Emergency Centers, they can communicate thanks to 112 Accessible. In addition, thanks to the GPS of the mobile device, the application can send the exact position of the user to the 112 Emergency Center.
