The app works great and much easier than going to the website. One minor bug we've run into that only seems to impact Android users. When committing to a meet where swimmers can select their events, if there's a notes/instructions set for the meet then the app only allows selection of the session and fails on save (also doesn't show the note/instruction). We need to commit through the website instead.
Vanishing Hope
The app and the go motion website just do not align. The website is at least complete in events, commitments, results, etc. The app often shows "event id does not exist" despite still working on the website. My swimmer no longer shows committed but is (we are literally at the meet). Results do not show up on the app, except maybe days later while the website is up to date. Very frustrating.

It's ok. Unfortunately there's no way to download events and practices to your phone/Google calendar, so you have to do everything manually. Also, not all events/practices end up on the combined calendar for some reason. Might be a problem with the team manager, but that sort of thing should extremely clear and dummy-proof. Kinda clunky, and could use a redesign.
