Requirements:
Customers must be an active Online Banking user to enroll in Mobile Banking. You can enroll in Online Banking on our website at www.thatsmybank.com. Existing Online Banking users can enroll in Mobile Banking by selecting ‘Mobile Banking’ under the 'Other Services' menu. Your mobile carrier’s text messaging and web charges may apply.

Security:
Fist Northern Bank’s Mobile Banking service is an extension of the Bank’s Online Banking service. When you login you will use the same security questions, PassMark, and phrases you are accustomed to in Online Banking. The FNB App uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure.

Extremely frustrating when I try to log in, the password field is missing. I can't reliably trust that I will be able to access my accounts from this app. The deposit check feature does not work well. I spend 10 minutes trying to get a good photo. It won't tell me which photo, the front or back, needs to be retaken. I want to be able to use this app, but with the state it is in now, I'll stick to using my computer to access my accounts.

The bank is pretty darn good, nice people, good experience overall. This app is not that great. The bank itself needs an upgrade, their bank card is not compatible with any mobile payment system for phones, for Google pay and others like it. Those services actually reject the bank card. The card itself has lasted a long time and holds up to wear and tear though!

It's okay. It has basic functionality. I have not been able to do a check deposit with it yet. It says I need to give the app permission to capture images but it is not at all clear of how to do this. I. Can successfully deposit checks to my Citi and Discover online bank accounts, so I know it is not an issue with my phone. The app could be beefed up a little. I use it to check my balance and make transfers.
