Switched from 3 to Tesco Mobile. Much superior and cheaper. The app is easy to use and hasn't had any issues, everything is very clear.

You used to be able to top up any Tesco mobile phone from the app, but without any notification this has now been changed and will only top-up the phone that's using the app even though it wàs showing the other number I wanted to Top-up, which ended up with money going to my phone unescessarily. Also today the app is saying my login details are incorrect, which definitely isn't true as I can login to the website with the same details? App could definitely be better.
