worked fine, but since a couple of days i can't make phone calls to the Netherlands anymore from the USA. I understand they work on it, but how long will that take? also instructions to call to europe are incorrect for calls from USA. I will install a second app so i dont have to rely on them. UPDATE: calls to the Netherlands increased 2000%. But i found another provider. Reason for 5 stars is the very responsive costomer service and super fast credit when i cancelled my account.

The calls I make require my using the touchpad to enter codes or selections. If you look at my account, all the calls made in 1 minute or less I couldn't complete on account the touchpad didn't work once the call begs, thus, I had to hang up, then start the call again...and I was still charged for the call even though I didn't complete the call.

Been using this app for a long time ... Suddenly my account has been locked without any notification.. I've been trying to reach out for help for months NO ANSWER.. there's no costumer service. I still have some balance left in my account .. I don't recommend this app
