After contacting Topps by email, and jumping through all the hoops, I can now log in and view my archived collection. I was forced to switch away from Google login because that is apparently the problem, I had to uninstall all Topps apps, then reinstall and login with the new way. Not ideal, and idk why they can't resolve this entirely from their side instead of making us do all the extra work. ..as for the app, Im surprised there is no trading feature, but at least I can view my stuff now

Can't log in with Google and I'm reading they make you switch login methods and then uninstall and reinstall all the apps? This is ridiculous and should have been fixed long ago. And we can't even trade the cards once logged in so what is the point??? Edit: months later & still no one can even log in with Google. I'm not spending another dollar on any Topps app until they address this.

I feel robbed from my money,I spent a lot of my real hard earned money on this collection for it just to stopall I can do now is just look at my collections, nothing else. Really a waste of money and time collecting for it to end up here in a vault that you can not do anything with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TOPPS APPS. They take your money then close the app before they make a new one all over again.
