EDIT: Aside from bike reservation, only issue is railcards, we have a 16-25 and 26-30 railcard, and it is impossible to book seats together. Best train ticket app out there. Reservation flow is simple and works a treat, and sometimes gives you significant savings through split ticketing, all with no fees, letting you use it for all your normal tickets too. Only downside is the lack of cycle reservations. The seat reservation + payment failure issue mentioned in other reviews has been resolved.

Thanks Oliver, we really appreicate you taking the time to leave a review and are glad you like the app. Cycle reservations are definitely on our to-do list and it's something we'd like to offer in the future

I like the app and the idea but the flow is clunky. Why are you asking for my address and mobile number each time? I'm logged in. And there's been a couple of occasions where I've bought tickets that are invalid, or that I've had to go and collect, but it's not clear why that happened. Very odd. Please make the purchasing flow as quick and smooth as your competitors, I don't want to go back to them!
Hi Daniel,
We're working on a re-design which will make the flow much less painful.
But, we already support saving your personal details. So if you're logged in and save them, they will be auto-filled. I think I already sent you an email about this on July 12th.
We're also concerned about your reference to "tickets that are invalid". Email us!

Perfect for saving money, no booking fees whatsoever either. Like someone said, they can offer absurd itineraries but they don't force you to select them. You're given a plethora of journeys to choose from, TrainSplit just highlights the cheapest one. The prices of my journeys to and from London have now been slashed by more than half and I couldn't be more grateful, wish I found this app earlier.
