It's just awful. I've never needed a password before, or if I had one I've forgotten it; I just go in and pay my toll fee. We don't drive on toll roads very often, and the fee is never more than $2.50. But with this new version, it wants a password. Fine. I tapped on "forgot" and it says it'll send a link to my email. It's been two days, I've asked for the link a couple times, and nothing's shown up in my inbox yet. I'm getting nasty letters because I haven't paid my $2.50 bill, but I'm tearing

Really bad app. Says I am unable to login because my username and password do not match. I visually confirmed it's correct and I can login via my browser without issue. And to top it off, it locked my account for 30 minutes with a very brief message that you don't have time to read. This is insane. Now I'm dead in the water and scared to try and use the app as I don't want the account locked in the future. This is bad. Never seen anything so bad.

The app works. However, it's 6 steps to set HOV status which I think is worse than the old app. It's unsafe to use while driving. The funny part is 1 of the steps is to acknowledge that it's unsafe to use the app while driving! :D There should be an HOV on/off on the main screen. Better yet, create a widget where we can turn HOV on/off without even using the app. Also, what's up with the 15 minute wait?

Thank you for the feedback! To ensure your safety, please set your HOV status prior to travel or schedule your HOV trips in advance. It takes the system about 15 minutes to register your transponder as HOV. If you would like to purchase a NC Quick Pass transponder, you can do so online and set your HOV status instantly with the transponder switch.
