Skip the app and just go straight to the website in a browser. Thats where the app will take you. Ive used the app and it resulted in billing disputes because the app times out and it freezes. Every feature in the app is the website. Theres no difference. You sign in to the app and if you need to pay, look up a policy or anything it takes you to your browser.

When the app works, it is great but now it won't show my insurance card. I have to log into the website from the app. The entire reason I wanted to use the app was so that I didn't have to log into the webpage. I don't hate the app just frustrated that the insurance card is unable to load from the app. Looks like I am back to carrying a copy with me at all times.

Its requiring me to put in my bank info everytime I pay my bill instead of saving the info. Then it tried processing a wrong account number that was entered incorrect and wouldnt let me cancel. I attempted 3 times with the correct info and it rejected my payment till i increased the payment amount. Then TFB sebt me a refund for the correct transaction, dont know why. but when the incorrect tried processing, they also sent me a bounce check fee for their app being stupid. :/
