I previously had an iPhone 13 pro and it was just as awful. This app has always been buggy, worked about 10% of the time I've tried to use it. I've recently reinstalled, hoping maybe they fixed some stuff. But now they require two additional apps you must download in order to actually use the app. I'd rather just log into my work computer to deal with anything on sparq at that point, given the very low chance the app will even function if I do waste space on my phone to try and use it.

Every time there is an update the app stops functioning. raised it multiple times The only solution is uninstall and install app, which is not practical

90% of the time the app doesn't work. Frustrating since it's the only way to see things.

What’s new

Select users can add their ID badge to their phone's digital wallet for swiping into buildings. Employees who use GTS and NICE to report time can manage their Outlook settings during time away. Users with access to the Out of Office Planner can clear their calendar and select specific times for PTO days. When on a leave of absence, employees can report their return to work.
