Ratings and reviews

Extremely difficult and not able to access the app after the new version. Although successfully changed MPIN, again it is asking Customer ID, MPIN and new registration coming to the beginning. Iam fed up with the process, tried 10 times but no use. Sometimes asking terms and conditions, after accepting also there is no submit or OK at the bottom, going back close the process like that. Please provide the solution at the earliest.

Pathetic app. Account details like ifsc, account type, min balance maintained/&required, emergency contact number of bank, branch, relationship mgr are not completely mentioned in : seettings->my profile. Biometric registration fails. So, had to reinstall and re-register. Tried providing feedback from within the app. Session expiring msg popped, right when typing!!!!! Clicked on extend and still typing. Now, it says : session expired and logouts!!!!! Problem with timers-timeout handling

The app is showing server error and is not working at all.. tried logging in and out.. also tried installing and uninstalling! Also customer care dosnt has an option for app not working.. pathetic!! This bank is abiding by its name ( # micro finance)
