Ratings and reviews

In pay bills it should be possible to repeat payment but with different amount when you tap a previous transaction. Useful when you dont have the card since you need the full card number when paying in the app and your soa does not list the full card number even if soa is password protected anyway. Damn it. Rcbc soa has the full card number. Walang common sense ang UB!

App not working. During final submission of details of account creation, ERROR is taking place after hitting submit. This is not my first time with this. Same experience was encountered back in October 2023 when I try to open a new business account. What a wasted money invested in this app - unreliable and bugged. Hope their developer can correct this. I also sent an email to thier CSR and I am amazed to receive a response to continue my application over the web. I am amused!

Biometrics Problem. I used to login using biometrics but it suddenly got disabled. I can't turn it on again.
