Do yourself a favor and choose a different service. This one's a complete ripoff. As others have said, customer service is essentially non-existent, all by email, and has the feel of automated responses from a bot rather than a real person. Responses don't resolve issues, but repeat previous instructions that are not related to very real setup issues. You are charged a setup fee for establishing an account and shipping fee for a SIM card ($20 total), but if setup fails you are stuck with the fees because they didn't "charge you for the SIM card." If no stars were available as a choice that's what I'd give them. Again, save your money!

Data service is OK, but voice calls usually won't connect on the first try. Voice and text are sent over the data connection. I bought the SIM w/3 months service at Target, and on the first 3 month renewal they charged me $19.99, as expected, but on the second renewal they added an "unreal cost recovery fee" of almost $6, with no notification or explanation. I'm keeping the service for now, because I have another phone I can use for voice if needed, but I'm not happy about the new "FEE". Sneaky!

This app is buggy. Internet worked fine. The app crashed every time I tried to read a new text message. Phone features are problematic. Per customer service, my Samsung SM J6 phone is no longer supported by AT&T so making and receiving call were not guaranteed. As a result, call features only worked 80 percent of the time. I suppose if I upgraded my phone to a newer model, it would work better but who knows. They should fix the bugs.
