Nearlly useless. If there are two people on a loan (so common!) the second person cannot set up a login. Had to use the first person's login. If we're both equally responsible for the loan, then we both should be able to access it. Also there's no place in the app to access your contact info to add/change email addresses either. That should be a very basic thing. The app also is not compatible with my Android 9 tablet. Why not? There are more than just phones out there!

When the app actually wants to load and work, it is just a counter intuitive mess. The section that shows your loan amount and gives you the option to set up auto pay, has no option to make a regular payment. They hide the payment option in another small drop down that, if you didn't know it was there it would be difficult to find.

The login is the worst I have seen. None of the banks or financial institutions I have used has such a terrible user experience for logging in. In addition the password requirements force the user to a password without common characters like . or * as the required special character. Then the user has to manually jump box to box to enter the 6 digits security code. Is there any way to program a user interface worse than this? Yes, there is, once you have logged in you see how bad the rest is.
