Having the fingerprint sign in option WOULD be great if it actually worked. I have yet to open the app and not have it crash when using the fingerprint option. What is the point in having that option if it NEVER works properly. In the last week alone I am unable to use this option. IMO fix it or get rid of it! I gave stars for the rest of the app, which I've had no trouble with. Sadly, since the issue begins before I log in, I end up going to the website instead.

The app for the most part seems smooth except when it comes to loading the accounts on start up. The budgeting tools seems helpful but it likes to count transfers which inflates your money earned and money spent. They haven't fixed that issue the last year it seems. So I don't use that part of the app. All basic app functions are rather straightforward. Accounts will update if you refresh after a 30 second wait or so.

The app was great until I got a new phone. Got the note 20 ultra and the push notifications don't work at all and no one can seem to figure out why. Everyone says its the phone. The phone is set up exactly as my note 10 plus, the notifications work on that phone. None of the developers can figure out what's wrong. The ast thing I was told was the phone was too new for them to do anymore troubleshooting.
