When opening the app from its notifications, the camera isn't ready for playback. It basically freezes with all kinds of wild vibrations. I need to hit back, wait for the camera to be connected to the phone, then hit alert to check the footage. The lag is real, and requires extra operations for intended uses. This app is unlikely to receive updates due to the price point of the device.

This app is terrible!!! It is so behind. It's so non-responsive to changes, I pay for cloud service and have it configured to be stored on the cloud, but yet nothing is there. Half the time the account says I have the cloud service half the time it says I don't. On iOS, there's no option at all for sound, on Android, there is, but don't feel left out being on an iPhone because the audio isn't going to work anyway.......

Lags terribly. Audio is impossible to understand on live. Motion detection settings are ridiculous. It will freeze my phone because it sends a notification every 30 seconds that it senses movement, so if someone is in the room for 5 minutes my phone is absolutely blowing up and I can't get the camera app to refresh so that I can turn off the alarm. I hate this app and camera
