I already had xapo account since 2016, but why I can't login to my account. Always failed the phone verification, with the reason I had to many times request for the phone verification. In fact, I have never done that repeatedly. Several days ago I failed the verification and today was the same as last time I tried to finished the verification process. And help center by application is disappointed. End chats session immediately after reading my complain. .

I have all my funds blocked atm, and support response is too slow. They perform manual check on transactions frequently, blocking all transfers for 3-7 days in a row, constantly. Also, they just updated the fee to 1000 usd per year (previously 150 usd). They also just changed the deposit address of usdc without warning, and all the funds sent to the previous one were lost. Bad move after bad move from xapo, its a shame, i was recommending this banco to all my friends 3 months ago.

Great app and service, i used it recently on an a europa trip to pay flights and works great and fast, i only hope it include google Wallet Integration to use it for all my purchases without card. Also, i requested the plastic card and received it in 4 days in argentina, which is very impressive and loving the packaging :)
