This app is so bad - it keeps crashing! Worse than SeTracker which I am also using. I can't change my mobile number as the administrator of the app. My child can't send a message to me via Chat. Limited functions on app. Very poor English instructions. There is no "Start a Group Chat" function which is shown on your picture. I am impressed by the watch capabilities but it will be great if the app is just as good but it is not! Please improve your app!

I agree that it's terrible applicarion with a lits of technical problems! I also failed to bind the watch (despite the fact that nano sim is working and there is a mobile internet package). Same result with wifi. Application just fail to "connect" to the device. It does show positioning (gps) surprisingly, but cannot dial to the watch and monitoring function is not available. A few comments in chinese is a small problem;)

Now basically useless app ,using w5 android smartwatch...my watch connected either via mobile or wifi fiber both cant be reached via apps...other apps working just fine eg google family link can detect watch location with no issues. Now cant use camera or gps so obviously problem with the apps. Meaning we're sending data to the developer's server,no direct connection with your device..data privacy issues..update: suspicion is correct,suddenly out of nowhere gps working,remote camera too.
