I have never had a problem with this app it worked great for what I needed. Here's the new problem... I got a new phone and installed the app...it will not open, and I keep getting the error notification. I have emailed about the problem, and no one has replied. It works on my other devices because I had the app, but the new download from the Play Store does not work, and I no longer have access or be able to change or check the temperature in the houses.

The app semi worked before the update now it doesn't. The open close times deleted and i can not put em back. The app doesnt give any directions of any kind. The door will be manually closed only to open on its own.

Poor support. Device (dog heater) doesn't connect fully to network. Smart features are useless. Chinese made and garbage.
