For months, there's a note there "Something went wrong" and I can't access purchased audiobooks. Great, really. When it worked, it had tons of problems (mentioned by others), but at least, with some effort, I could have listened to it. Now nothing - no updates, no bug fixes, nothing.

Horrible usability. Stops playing audiobooks deliberately and quite frequently. Difficult to control position, if I try to replay last 10 seconds it always completely loses position and it's hard to find it again. Losing position happens quite frequently. When used in car, it requires a lot of attention of second person. I have the lack of choice of application to play the content bought from alza.

Year ago i use Alza media on roadtrip over Europe and it works perfectly. Over 30 hours of audio books. Now books are removed from phone (without any my input). But much bigger problem - during playing it continously stoping. You can listen to 6 minutes and than it is stopped. When you open phone, application is freezed for minute and not react. Also some stupid mistakes - if Alza media was opened when you lock your phone, in next unlock Alzamedia stop playing and freeze ... Galaxy S20
