GisChem - the hazardous substance information system chemicals of the BG RCI and BGHM

GisChem contains data sheets with lots of information on safe handling of hazardous substances in the workplace. In addition to the hazards protection measures (for example, technical and organizational measures, personal protective measures against fire and explosion) are described and instructions for. As given on the topics of storage and disposal. there is also a maintenance instruction design to inform employees about any hazardous material.

GisChem is available both online at www.gischem.de and in a webapp under www.gischemapp.de. The offered GisChem app stores the database directly on the smartphone (about 30 MB), so that the data is available even without Internet access. Data updates that are required by the ever-changing legal situation, the user is taken directly aware in the app and can even download the updated database. A new version of the app is not necessary for this.

The other GisChem modules for interactive creation of operating instructions for carrying a hazardous substance list and the GHS converter GHS and the mixture computers are only available in the desktop version of GisChem and not part of the app.
