Ratings and reviews

The app logs you out very often, which is annoying when you are on a train and have to show the ticket to the controllers. On top of that, there is no option to add the ticket to GoogleWallet, so it leaves you with no options. Sadly, we are forced to use this app because the university says so. No incentive for the app or company to get better if they have a guaranteed demand.

First of all Improve the app stability. Second of all worst UI. For the students, if the tickets gets disappeared, logout from the app and then login again, the ticket will show. Ticket is also visible without internet and be ready with the ticket 5 min before.

Very bad experience. Sometimes, suddenly ticket got disappear and that's the disaster.
