It's like you even think about the app and it locks you out and the only way to unlock is to call and wait for assistance to have to go through even more hoops. I understand security efforts but at some point it feels like a deterant to keep you frustrated and away. Update: finally got in and had biometric login activate and work. It'd be really nice if they included everything like your IRA.

EDIT: on "the latest (and greatest)" version, still slow. Still don't let you log in on the weekends. Suppose this scenario: one works and is very busy during the week days... Wouldn't this person maybe want to check his/her account ON THE WEEKENDS?? Transamerica, no bueno. VERY slow app. Tends to freeze sometimes. Edit: updated app, still no good. In fact, feels like it got worse! Too frequent "app is down for maintenance" BS message on weekends now.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I see that you're on an old version of the app - version 7.5.3. The app is now on 7.5.6 which has many improvements and is available to download from the app store.

Spoke with customer service. Everyone is very nice and kind. But what I want is to be able to use the app which will not display any of my account info. Yes, I can log in, but it says my account info is not displayed. Useless. Their answer: all good on our end. Everything enabled on my phone btw.
