Cannot log in to application. Enter email address and password, and I get "logging in to server" which goes away and leaves me at the login screen. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. I'd like to set up my lock but. UPDATE: Worked with Danalock support (great response) to get my issue resolved. FYI, this was caused by a symbol (like !,:)?-) in my password, which the app doesn't like. If you're having the same issue, use forgot password and use only letters and numbers.

App does not work. As far as i can determine, the lock is functional. I cannot be 100% until i can get the app to recognize the bluetooth id. Press 3 times to activate and can hear the one beep. Also, reset it by pressing 5 times. Then, wait 1 min and press 10 times. And nothing. Seems like the app wont access bluetooth scanning functions. I wrote to support and am still waiting for help.

Hi Theodore, I have just sent you a reply on your support ticket. Please reply on that one. The lock is an old and discontinued model. Perhaps used. I have requested information from Theodore Wong so that I can perhaps assist him further. /Dan - Danalock Support

Can't find my lock to pair and use... No support documentation for older version of danalock only for the new v3 which j didn't even know existed at time of purchase ... Wasted time and money.... Update: contacted support. They were absolutely useless did not solve problem and we're arrogant and told me to buy the new model instead that mine (which I just purchased) was discontinued. If they dont support there old products why would I buy a new one to eventually be rendered useless too. Avoid.
