The app is not even working, I tried several times to sign in but it just gets back to main page asking to sign in or sign up

I made 3 surveys and never received my any of the promised coffee vouchers. It's better to not offer something doesn't exist !!!

I can't even sign up to start the app! I filled all the data as described then when I press sign up it takes a while then a message pops up '' OK ''. That's it! I try to sign in says no credentials I try the sign up process and it repeats itself! No idea what to do here
