Zarc - Correct Planting shows the best planting dates of 43 crops. It retrieves data from the ZARC, which is an instrument of agricultural policy and risk management in agriculture. The study is designed to quantify the risks due to adverse climatic conditions and allows each municipality to identify the best planting season of the crops, in the different soil types and crop cycles, according to the characteristics and needs of each crop , based on a methodology validated by the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa) and adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply. This application also allows the monitoring of the climate in the current crop or the previous one.
