It works (meaning I can eventually get the car charging at Suvilahti 150kW charger) but god damn... The app always throws 403 errors when I start charging. No idea what that means. You never know if it's going to work or not. The charger, car and app shows different statuses and are totally out of sync. I would switch to other app if there were other options. Hats off to Tesla since their chargers just works with no hassle

Easy to use. Even the app showed no time charge for first 3 hours but I was charged right from the beginning. Not exactly what was advertised. However, 30euros/pm automatic top-up for registered users is a rip off scam. Please provide simple solution with multiple options e.g. just a top up without any automatic top-up etc. What If I want to stop using the app and want to de-register ? How can I do it simply with a hassle free refund ?

Thank you for the feedback. We operate currently with a prepaid model and constantly review new alternatives. You can always end your subscription by contacting us at support@virta.fi, use the remaining sum or ask for a refund.

Great that you removed the 1eur/month charges and introduced post payed by card! Finally! Just a note, don't remember seeing an email about this, or any notifications (those might be disabled). Anyway a major change in your billing process, would be good to inform? Just noticed this based on last invoice you sent (0eur)...

Hi, and thank you for your feedback. If you wish, you can cancel your current account and create a new one that uses a Postpaid by card payment plan where you are billed for all the events at the start of next month. No more top ups required. For the charger, could you please let us know by contacting our support what was the case?
