So I just discovered the latest update where you can transfer money from your bank service provider directly to your mpaisa wallet. Great idea! Except the feature doesn't work for BSP. After you press "pay with BSP" its supposed to take you to where it says enter your card details, however, when I do it, it just loads and goes back to home page. Internet is good, app is updated, tried logging in, and it still lags. It's just for BSP though the others work OK.

Recently updated the app [15/10/24] and now app can't open. The recent upgrade off mpaisa app is now making it hard for me to use the app as it keeps closing down on itself. Restarting my phone, uninstall just won't work.

Overall the app is good..easy and convenient to make payments almost everywhere..However this new feature where only a certain amount of transfers are allowed to a person at a certain day is quiet disatisfactory and inconvenient..We make a lot of payments daily and sometimes it becomes a big issue when it says receiver limit reached or you are only allowed to send a certain amount only. I hope this limit can be lifted so people can send money on time.
