For 2 years, delivery to the US has been unavailable, despite their FAQ page stating shipping to the US is available. Can't enter raffles. I requested account deletion which is stated to take 30 days. More than a year later it still hasn't been deleted. I've contacted support multiple times. I've contacted their parent company, JD Sports. No one will help. Don't sign up if you're in the US.

Not able to enter raffles. Deleted and reinstalled, but that didn't help. "Enter" button is grayed out, can't even click it. Tried on numerous active upcoming releases, and it's the same on all of them. Changing my credit card didn't help either. Noticed that under "Delivery Method, Select a Method" it says "No delivery methods found". Must be a glitch after the latest update. I've won raffles before and received them just fine, so address isn't an issue. It's been months and still no help.

Some really weird UX issues with this, not sure how it got signed off. When registering a password you're only allowed alphanumeric characters... Are you storing passwords in plain text? If I'm going to associate my banking details in the app, I want the strongest password possible. When entering a password, there's no option to make the password visible (standard option these days). When logging in, sometimes your email will show in red, sometimes in black, is that meant to mean something?
