You would think the developer of one of the biggest banks in Indonesia can program such a simple app. Think again, one of the most useless apps I have used in my entire life. Every time you want to log in, you have to go to the ATM to verify a pin as the app resets your log in every time. After months, Mandiri cannot even spend the tiniest bit of money to pay the developer to fix this issue. Embarrassing. To any foreigners looking to open this bank... DONT

It's an improvement from the previous one: a lot easier and more intuitive to use. Update: Sudah tiga hari terakhir tidak bisa login karena somehow box untuk input password tidak merespon bila di sentuh. Update: Sudah bisa login setelah disabling aplikasi overlay penurun kecerahan layar. So far no more complaints.

Almost all the Livin promos I tried didn't include cashback. Mandiri is really stingy. If you want to give a promo, please give the promo fullheart for customers. Apart from that, there was no e-statement notification, even though at other banks it was automatically done so I could check my transfer. It turns out that my balance was cut and then eaten by this bank, it used up a lot of customer balances
