They've gradually made topping up by calling 1741 more and more tedious, introducing new steps every month. Very clearly trying to force people to use the app to close the call infrastructure. Aside from the fact that this discriminates against older, less technically capable, people using the network, it also comes with the stupid flaw that if your data runs out on the go you can't top up without wifi.

Once you're out of credit, the App times out on Topup Requests using a bank card. This means the App is pretty pointless as I now have to revert to using vouchers to topup. Although a Three customer for over a decade now, a benefit to being forced to use voucher topups is that I can at least check if competitors of Three are offering better topup deals.

Hi Stuart, thanks for the feedback. The My3 app is still available via WiFi and we also provide a Scheduled Top-Up service for Prepay customers as well, where you can arrange a top-up date of your choosing during the month using My3. Kind regards, My3 Team.

Having paid my bill of €160 just 2 qks ago. I now have a bill for € 113 to be paid on 9/7/ 24 that is Very early when I have just paid up to date 2 wks ago .zHow have u come to €113 when we have not reached that date yet.These Must be Estimated bills and quite frankly I cannot fathom this as I have had no signal and very little Wi Fi which makes it impossible to txt or make calls. Especially calls or txts to my son in Seattle USA even by our app Signal. I would appreciate an explanation from
