"I've encountered significant issues with the Lulu Happiness app. The primary problem is that it doesn't allow me to upload bills, which is a crucial feature for earning rewards. Whenever I try to upload a bill, the process fails without any clear error message or guidance on how to fix it. Additionally, the app doesn't calculate points correctly. Despite making multiple purchases, the points displayed in my account are inaccurate and much lower than they should be. This inconsistency makes it

App is useless, bcz it doesn't allow to login with my email ID. it's showing invalid email id even if tried with multiple email id.

I submitted bills and it says my bills are approved but not reflected in my account. I purchased for around 1 lakh Rupees. Registered complaints via mail and phone too. No actions took. Very bad.
