CardGames.io is a collection of all your favorite card games, solitaire and puzzle games. It features 35 different games including the card games Hearts, Spades, Cribbage, Euchre, Gin Rummy, Rummy, Pinochle, Crazy Eights and fish, the solitaires Klondike (classic solitaire), FreeCell, Spider, Clock, Pyramid, and puzzle and board games like Backgammon, Reversi, Checkers, Chess and Yatzy.

You might have played them before on our website, https://cardgames.io , but using the app lets you keep your statistics forever, gives you full screen mode for all the games and lets you use extra player faces that are not in the web version. You can also play a few of the games in multiplayer mode against your friends, including in Chess, Checkers, Reversi and Backgammon.

Ratings and reviews

There are some fun games and you can play against the computer or people online. Good breadth of games. However, some obviously rigged games. For example, the hardest level on the game "Spit". The CPU moves very quickly (which is expected and fun) but when it comes down to the last few cards, the CPU always (and I mean always) gets the favorable cards. Makes the game frustrating. They clearly want you to keep playing for ad revenue

Edit: The noisy ads have stopped for now, so now it's better than the online version - doesn't randomly refresh in the middle of a game. I now prefer the app! I enjoy the silly faces that smile or frown depending on how the game goes. Juvenile, yes, but it makes me smile. *** I love CardGames.io. Unfortunately, the ads on the app are sound ads and they're REALLY LOUD. So I rarely use the app, only when I have no signal. Otherwise, I just use the online version, where the ads are silent.

I've had this game installed for years now but came here specifically to drop the rating from 5* to 4* because not only have the ads become more frequent, but there had been a change to where instead of being able to click through the ad after 3 seconds, you have to wait for 10+ to click through it. Give me a paid ad-free version, and this will definitely get 5* again.

Canasta: Adjusted messaging so that when you try to meld black threes with wild cards it clearly tells you that you can not do that.
