You can only activate your ticket on day of travel. Now imagine if theres a train at past midnight 00:04. You need to wait until 00:00 to enter through gates. This is engineering nightmare.

Спасибо за обратную связь. Функционал отображения номеров пути и платформы находится в разработке. Следите за нашими обновлениями. Билет без предоставления посадочного места приобретается не на конкретный поезд, а действует в течение суток на которые приобретен по указанному маршруту.

Awful app, sometimes it works, sometimes takes money, does not give tickets. Got money back after some hours. And there is no way to check if it works today or not.

Кирилл, наблюдались проблемы при оформлении электронных билетов. Были проведены работы по стабилизации сервиса. Возврат денежных средств был произведен автоматически. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства.
