We are well aware that the best trip we can offer you must reserve as few surprises as possible. For this, we have completely redesigned our app with many new features that allow you to travel with total peace of mind.

Use the Cotral app, make yourself comfortable and travel on board our buses, Metromare and Rome-Viterbo trains.


▶ WHAT YOU FIND IN OUR APP

- Calculate the route: tell us where you want to go and our travel planner will tell you exactly which means to take, including Atac and Trenitalia.

- Buy the ticket directly in the app and when you get on board the bus, remember to validate it by scanning the QR-Code.

- How long does the bus run? In the Stops section you will find the real time waiting times for your bus. Not only! You also have information on the real-time crowding of the vehicle.

- Consult timetables: all trips are updated to the millisecond and you can also add your search to your favorites to consult your timetables faster.

- Public transport is the most sustainable way to move. In the Profile section find out how many CO2 emissions you have saved compared to using the car.

- If you encounter any problems on the Cotral, report it via the appropriate service: a broken seat, a dirty floor, a non-functioning stop button. Help us improve your Cotral experience.

For me the abb is not working I cannot by a ticket Each time I try yo pay I only get an error message that at the moment the seller can not use this payment methode. Tried Italien Credit card, google pay.....non worked. Tried now on different days ....it does not work!!!!! And then Cortral will charge you 7EUR more for a ticket of 1.10 if you have to pay it in bus!!! This is just such a horrible non customer support. And as usual in Italy. Where I board the bus is no option to buy a ticket!

Definitely top 10 worst apps that I ever had the chance to install. You will not get what you want. Don't waste your time and try to get information and tickets elsewhere. I just saved you a lot of frustration, you're welcome.

The main issue:I bought the tickets trough the app, with the price shown in the app. Scanned my tickets in the bus, but the driver said they are not valid, and I have to buy new ones in the bus directly. By the drivers words, the price is different for the day and night ticket. But I bought tickets for the night bus, and app said me nothing about the price could be different. I disappointed I needed to pay twice. Additional - It'shard to find needed route in the app, user experience is bad.
