Due to instability issues caused by the server change of Neostudio, we have re-released the previous version of Neostudio as version 2022.

- Changed server storage.
- Errors occurred on the newly updated cloud server, so we have rolled back to the previous server.
- As a result of the rollback, the mini app function has been excluded.
- Some adjustments have been made to the login screen.

I can't figure it out. I'm not dumb, but this app is obviously very cheap and clunky. I can't, for the life of me, get my new neo pen's writing to just show up in the app. Any directions, where they're written at all, are poorly written, incomplete, and don't spell out the most basic function. The unintuitive interface doesn't help. I think I'll return this pen.

UPDATE #2: I LOVE THIS APP!! I've been using it for a month or two now and it's doing exactly what I wanted to do. Certain functions it took me a little bit a few weeks to figure out but I did eventually. I have every digit crossed that they continue to make these and support the app. I hope at some point we can buy the following years planner early because I plan out quite a ways.

This is a great pen with creative designers, but unfortunately the software development is chaotic and unreliable. In the original transition to Neo Studio from the previous software, features that users had become dependent on were lost, and the new software has been buggy all along; this latest snafu leading to a reversion is just one of many. English documentation has always been limited and confusing. If you need to maintain and organize your data more than fleetingly, stay away.
