Rented a scooter without realizing it was almost dead. Got far enough away from the return zone that it took significant effort to drag it back with a locked up wheel. Was unable to end the ride and then charged $18 for a ride that ended in the same place it started. This company will con you if there is any connectivity issue.

Very easy to use and affordable. I love that you can also use it at night with its headlamp. Just needs more pick up / drop off locations. A definite recommend.

Easy and convenient! Though it would be nice to be able to use Paypal in the app.
