Says "Your device does not have the security required". I'm trying to install eParaksts on the new Bigme Hibreak phone with Android 11. No other clarification, no support for the new phone.

Can't log in with smart id, after entering personal code,nothing happens. When logging in through banking, blank page.

I signed the agreement and tried to activate the eparaksts mobile. During activation, it's not reading my eID card. I hold the card close to the phone with NFC, and nothing is happening. What could be the reason?

Try removing the protective cover of the document and phone, if any, and try again. Please note that the NFC reader may be located in different locations for different phone models, so the card may have to be placed elsewhere depending on the phone model.
